Welcome to Alyssa Bright's Fundraising Page!

On Saturday, May 10, 2025 I will be out in search of birds as part of New Jersey Audubon’s World Series of Birding, the longest running birding competition and fundraiser in the US.
What efforts are you supporting when you donate, you ask? Here's a little information on my role with New Jersey Audubon. I am a Stewardship Specialist for Agriculture & Wetlands as well as a USDA- Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Partner Biologist covering Southern New Jersey. My role within the organization is to provide technical assistance to private landowners, including farmers and forest owners. The technical assistance I provide includes conservation planning support and guidance for landowners interested in implementing agricultural best management practices such as cover crops, reduced tillage practices, filter strips and more, as well as wildlife habitat restoration projects on working agricultural and forested lands in addition to wetlands. Please consider donating to this important event, which raises money for New Jersey Audubon’s conservation efforts in education, habitat restoration and research.
You will receive a confirmation email after you donate and we will let you know how our team performs on the Big Day!
Thank you for your consideration and help in spreading the word!
