AVIAN AVARICE is Dan, Rob, & Justin!  Dan & Rob started way back in 2008, and Justin not long after, but on a different team.  This is the 10th year the three of us are birding on the same team for the World Series of Birding.  We are a full state team, though we did win the LGA one year!  We document our competitions, and you can watch all of the action on our Avian Avarice Birding YouTube channel.  We were even featured on HBO's RealSports!

We are passionate about conservation and about making suburbia a safe place for native flora and fauna to thrive.  That's why we have chosen to support NJAS's Lorrimer Sanctuary with our fundraising efforts.  This 14-acre preserve in suburban Bergen County is a critical habitat for local breeders and a stopover for migrants.

Partner with us as we raise funds for Lorrimer, and check us out on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.  BIRDS!
