Meet the WEE Birders: A Team on a Mission!

We’re just a passionate crew of nature-loving, binocular-wielding adventurers, roaming the wild in search of feathered wonders. This year, we’re back for another thrilling birding challenge!

On Saturday, May 10, 2025, our team will be taking part in the 42nd annual New Jersey Audubon World Series of Birding—the ultimate test of skill, strategy, and stamina in the world of competitive birding! As the longest-running birding competition and fundraiser in the U.S., this event pushes teams to their limits as they race to identify as many bird species as possible in just 24 hours.

How You Can Help

Support our team by making a donation—either to the team as a whole or to your favorite bird-obsessed teammate. Every contribution fuels our efforts (and probably our caffeine supply). Plus, after you donate, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll keep you updated on how we fare on the Big Day!

Who Are We?

The WEE Birders have been flapping our way through the World Series of Birding for the past four years, sharpening our skills and refining our strategy with every competition. We may not be pros (yet), but we’re determined, a little bit scrappy, and always up for an avian adventure.

Join us in celebrating conservation, competition, and the incredible world of birds! ✨
