The Sitting Ducks have Started Running!
The Sitting Ducks have Started Running!
Hello my fellow bird enthusiast. Say hello to Atlantic Audubon Society's team for New Jersey Audubon's World Series of Birding: The Runner Ducks.

in the past we have been the Sitting Ducks, stationed atop Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge's Gull Pond Tower. This Year you can find us scouring Atlantic County for as many species of bird as possible as we join in the Limited Geographic Region Competition. Our Goal? Surpass 184 birds, that is the par set for Atlantic County.

The hunt begins, Saturday, May 10, 2025 as we take part once again in the longest running birding competition and fundraiser in the US.
Feel free to donate to our team, and a big thank you to New Jersey Audubon for having this competition once again.

You can keep up with our New Jersey Audubon's World Series of Birding Day Count at the following trip report link.
Thanks for tuning in, and don't forget to Bird On!
