On Saturday, May 9, 2026, our team will be again participate in New Jersey Audubon’s World Series of Birding, now in its 42nd year. It is the longest running birding competition and fundraiser in the US. Lenape Park birders have fielded a team for more than 25 years and raised in excess of $20,000 for NJ Audubon's bird conservation efforts. If you want to join us on May 9, please do!  The more the merrier.

You can donate to the team or to individual team members. And you can pledge a set amount or per bird species we find.  Our goal is to break the record we set a few years back of 102 species, though we average around 85.  After you donate you will receive a confirmation email and we will let you know how our team performs on the Big Day!
